Hi everyone!
As we gear up for CfgMgmtCamp and the Ansible Contributor Summit in Ghent this February, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us staff the Ansible booth!
The booth is the heart of our presence at the event—it’s where we meet new users, help contributors troubleshoot issues, and showcase the amazing work happening across the ecosystem. Whether you’re a long-time contributor, a Red Hatter from a neighboring team, or a power user who loves talking automation, we’d love to have you on board.
What’s involved?
You don’t need to be an expert in every single Ansible sub-project! We just need friendly faces to:
Engage with visitors: Answer general questions about Ansible and its latest features (EDA, AAP, etc.).
Share the love: Hand out swag and point people toward the Contributor Summit or specific tracks.
Grow the community: Help folks find their local meetups or sign up for the Forum.
When?
We need coverage for the duration of CfgMgmtCamp. Shifts are usually 2 hours long so that you still have plenty of time to attend talks and enjoy the conference.
Why volunteer?
It’s a great way to network with the wider automation community.
You’ll get an “inside look” at what users are actually building (and struggling with).
Our eternal gratitude (and perhaps some exclusive booth-crew swag!).
