As some of you already might have heard, there will be a Config Management Camp ( or cfgmgmtcamp) held in Ghent, Belgium next year right after Fosdem.

Toshaan Bharvani applied for a room dedicated to the Ansible project and is confirmed as far as we know ( we need to check the details).
The reason I’m sending this to the mailinglist is that we are looking for :

participants to speak or help organize the ansible room
this can basicly have any form : bof, lightning talks, tutorials, talks, …
-
speakers for both the Ansible room as the Main track.

Sponsoring
-
gadgets/swag
-
…
Everything is still in movement so all ideas are welcome.

FWIW, it’s unlikely that we’ll be doing this one – heavy winter conference schedule as I previously mentioned – but we’re working on an AnsibleFest right after FOSS UK, which is Brighton in March this year. We’ll also be doing PyCON in Montreal in April (but no attached Fest) and are at DevOps Days in Vancouver now – so don’t think we’re keeping everything in the US 
We are super happy to provide large quantities of shirts and the like and should be able to pop-in a bit on video if that’s interesting.
Whoever has point (I’m guessing this is you Vincent) contact me directly and I can help with logistics on the above.
As for talk proposals on speakers or sponsorship, I’d suggest they email you directly.
