Playbook - How to AWX

Hi All,

I am new on the AWX/Ansible. Wondering how do i import/create the playbook, does it have to be via the CLI then choose it via Template?. Or can we create a new playbook on the GUI?

Currently using
AWX 1.0.6.15
Install: Docker
Ansible: 2.5.4
