Fails to upload a collection new version tarball with no permission but I'm a namespace owner

I (logged in as Andersson007 and being an galaxy.collection_namespace_owner for the community namespace) tried to upload a community.network tarball and failed with “You do not have permission to perform this action”

This attempt probably also caused the failure I posted in another topic

I also encountered the same problem when I uploaded the new collection. Is this problem solved now? Thanks!
