Welcome to the new Ansible Community Forum!

Hi everyone,

It’s time! Sign up here :rocket:

As has been discussed over the past 6+ months, the new Ansible Community Forum is live!

We’re aiming big, to create a place for the whole ecosystem to gather and discuss topics of interest, get help, find out about events, and get involved. With powerful tagging, filtering, notification options, and search, you should be able to set this up to track the topics you care about and want to participate in.

You can find out a bit more in our launch blog post, or just dive right in. And when you do, come introduce yourself!

Ready to start exploring some of the topics? Here’s a few suggestions:

We look forward to getting to know you! Onwards! :tada:

forum is great. One question … is there any particular change on how to use this mailing list intended by this launch, or will they just co-exist?

regards
Gunnar

would it i.e. be well received to post links to forum Questions/Topics in here rather then speeling things out in an email?

Hi Gunnar,

For now the forum and mailing lists will co-exist, although we are focusing on making the forum the main place for people to gather and ask questions / discuss topics. We encourage everyone to start using the forum, and down the line we’ll consult with the various lists (there are several in addition to ansible-project) on ways to retire/migrate them.

In the meantime, if you prefer the way mailing lists work, there’s a Guide to interacting with the forum by email.

Cheers,
Carol.
