Original message

Dear Ansible tenant owner,

We are reaching out because the current Zuul service you are using is being terminated shortly.
We will migrate your CI configuration to a new Zuul hosted at: https://gateway-cloud-softwarefactory.apps.ocp.cloud.ci.centos.org/zuul/

In preparation of this migration, please complete the installation as soon as your schedule permits of the following GitHub application (ID 846254)
in parallel of the current one (ID 6924):

https://github.com/apps/centosinfra-prod-github-app/installations/new

We’ll prepare a merge request to adjust your current https://github.com/ansible/zuul-config if needed, and on the day of the migration
you’ll have to merge the change and remove the legacy GitHub application. We’ll take care of fixing the eventual issues following the migration

We recognize this is a short-turnaround request and are grateful for your accommodation.
Thanks, on behalf of the pcinfra team.

PS: Here is the list of repository that needs the new GitHub app: https://github.com/ansible/zuul-config/blob/master/resources/ansible.yaml

Hi @gundalow, thanks for the heads up.

I suppose there is no change on the project side, but when publishing the collection we will have a different URL to keep track of. Is that all there is about it, or is there any other change in the procedure? TIA

:warning: The Zuul backend is being updated, so currently most collections under Ansible Collections · GitHub are unable to be published to Galaxy or Automation Hub
