Sorry for jumping to mention all was fixed.

Hybrid Cloud Console now has the updates and fixes to downloading/uploading and avatars.

We are fixing old-galaxy.ansible.com now, will report when complete

Update: old-galaxy.ansible.com is now fixed as well. All should be working as expected at this point
