One of our AWX cluster which was using an external RDS was accidentally destroyed, Now we are unable to decrypt.
Is it really possible to get the key from the DB or any other possible way?

the key is not stored in the DB, and so cannot retrieved. It is only stored as a secret at the cluster level (secret is named “secret_key_secret”), and then mounted in the web/task containers.
if you used backup role, the secret will be located in the resulting pvc
