Lost namespace ownership

I can no longer access my ‘xxy1991’ namespace when I log into Galaxy-ng, because my GitHub name changed from ‘xxy1991’ to ‘xyalter’.

@tannerjc , can you please revert my namespace.

I have added xyalter as an owner of xxy1991.
