How to use a Custom Credential to access a Source Repo?

I’m using GCP, which requires me to use a keyfile of theirs rather than an ssh key . . . I have created a custom credential but when I create a project I can’t use that custom credential since it’s not a Source Control credential. Any advice out there?

Thanks!
Guy
