Will Galaxy NG have repository access restrictions like private and public?

Do you mean the galaxy.ansible.com instance or a private install of Galaxy NG?

For ex. for the public galaxy.ansible.com instance repositories in github should be public, and collections as well as roles show publicly there.

If we speak exactly about Galaxy_NG, will we be able to restrict access to new role/collection repositories published there and make them downloadable and visible only for a list of users?

I don’t think that’s possible (or planned). If you want to publish collections to only some users, you can always host your own private galaxy_ng instance. (Not sure how that works with roles… I guess you can also self-host that part of galaxy_ng, but I’m not sure whether it’s suited for non-public role repositories.)
