custom Execution environments are crashing python library version conflict exception, please help!

,

Hi Team, we are on AWX 20.1.0 running on EKS cluster. We create custom Execution environment and used since 1 year.
Latest build custom EE is crashing with exception:
1st we saw this exception:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File “/usr/local/bin/ansible-runner”, line 5, in
from ansible_runner.main import main
File “/usr/local/lib/python3.8/site-packages/ansible_runner/main.py”, line 48, in
VERSION = pkg_resources.require(“ansible_runner”)[0].version
File “/usr/local/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pkg_resources/init.py”, line 909, in require
needed = self.resolve(parse_requirements(requirements))
File “/usr/local/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pkg_resources/init.py”, line 800, in resolve
raise VersionConflict(dist, req).with_context(dependent_req)
pkg_resources.ContextualVersionConflict: (pyOpenSSL 22.0.0 (/usr/local/lib/python3.8/site-packages), Requirement.parse(‘pyOpenSSL<20.0.0’), {‘ansible-runner’})

For this we changed version of pyOpenSSL in runner and this seems to have fixed.
Now we are getting below exception on setuptools. We are not finding setuptools in any of the requirements.txt so struggling with this.
Please help by letting us know where to set setuptools version.

Traceback (most recent call last):

pkg_resources.ContextualVersionConflict: (setuptools 62.0.0 (/usr/local/lib/python3.8/site-packages), Requirement.parse(‘setuptools>=62.4.0’), {‘python-daemon’})

Also, After this there may be another exception, So, wondering why these exceptions are occuring now and how to fix all these in one shot?

Please help!
Thanks in advance!
