When I see in awx-UI I see these got imported with “Cancelled”

I need help on,

  1. is this expected that awx-manage fails on inventory import on k8s ?
  2. It shows, use API to import the inventory file. Does API support to import the inventory file .
  3. I am able to import the inventory using the github. But is there any work around do import the file manually ?
