All jobs are in pending status and hybrid node health check is grayed ou

I have installed the Ansible Automation Platform 2.5 containerized all-in-one bundle and started creating a playbook. However, when I try to launch the playbook, it remains in a pending status. I suspected an error in my input, so I obtained the credentials from Red Hat Insight and entered them into the Ansible Automation Platform to retrieve the host, but that job is also in a pending state. Additionally, the health check for the hybrid node is grayed out, indicating it is in an install status.
