Helm Chart versioning

Oranod said

Attention AWX operator helm chart users! Please take a look at the discussion about helm chart versioning and let us know what you think.

The current plan is to decouple the helm chart version from the AWX operator version. The value of the version field for the helm chart will take CalVer format of YY.WW.z while the appVersion will correspond to the AWX operator version. This decoupling of the versions will allow us to release the helm chart with updates focused on helm functionality separately to the AWX operator.

As a reminder, this discussion follows up on the changes that we announced to the AWX operator installation methods and the relocation of helm code to a new repository.
