You need to use some form of external logging, like Elasticsearch or Splunk to do that. So setup external logging and use those systems for that purpose.

i don’t think template specific details can be pushed to external logging. The details available in job can be sent to external logging tool.
Things like job_events details will contain details about what things were called like JTs
