execution is unavailable after install and giving below error in the AWX UI.
error: Remote error: ERROR: could not parse response: ERROR: work type did not expect a signature

awx ui version:
< AWX 24.5.0 >

troubleshooting steps done, but no luck:

  • restarted receptor
  • restarted awx pod in the aks cluster
  • updated verifysignature parametter in the receptor.conf file from True to False
  • did multiple health checks on awx ui.
    Kindly provide
