Hi trying to send emain through pod51024.outlook.com host but gets below error
fatal: [localhost]: FAILED! => {“changed”: false, “msg”: “StartTLS is not offered on server pod51024.outlook.com:587”, “rc”: 1}
please find my configuration below
do i need to change some config in host ??
please let me know where im going wrong
That’s a problem with the email server, it doesn’t support secure communication over TLS. You have a few options here: you could either turn off ‘secure’ and bite that bullet, determine if there’s a different way to inject to that that’s more secure and supports TLS, or use a managed email service like sendgrid, mailgun, or my employer - sparkpost (assuming that your target email addresses are accessible from the outside).
