Hello everybody,
I thought I would introduce myself. I am Art Zemon and have been doing UNIX and Linux sys admin since 1980. I am in the early stages of replacing our home grown provisioning system (and Puppet) with something more elegant. I ran across ansible this weekend and am very intrigued. I like the straightforward playbook syntax, the lack of anything on the client side (other than Python and simplejson), and the push architecture. I am also encouraged by the simple module architecture.
Oh… and I like Python, though some of my friends shudder when I say that. 
All of our servers run Ubuntu, both 8.04LTS and 10.04LTS.
