The instance group priority is
Job Template
Inventory
Organization
All jobs need to be executed by a specific instance group (let’s call it IG1) except the inventory sync (sourced from project) that needs to be IG2.
If I set Organization or Inventory to IG1 the inventory sync also uses that → failed sync.
I believe my only course is to set
Job Template set to IG1
Inventory or Organization to IG2
But this way every new template needs to have that set. Is there a way to set the instance group only for the inventory sync?
