importing modules, module utils from external collection

Greetings of the day!

I want to logically divide my collection into many. Please help with following queries

  1. How to import modules, module utils from another collection ? I tried all the combination to import including namespace, collection name , module name. It was failing at the import statement
  2. If this is not feasible in ansible custom collections, what are the work-arounds ?
