I need to manage job_metadata in my own way, need to remove some extra parameters which are not helpful for us. Please help how to modify job_metadata.

I'm also interested in this - I'm quite surprised that I can't put in ticket metadata from some other system (e.g. servicenow or similar) so that the notifications can be tied back to the ticket they're related to.
