History of Ansible Changes

Is there a tool which keeps the history of all the changes which were do done to a server in the past?

Example: I have server “superfoo” and I see random failures since some days on this server.

Now I want to what happened in the past. Maybe I want to see which RPMs where installed via ansible in the past.
