Some pages on the Galaxy NG docsite return this:

The reason is that they are mentioned in the TOC (galaxy_ng/mkdocs.yml at master · ansible/galaxy_ng · GitHub), but the corresponding MarkDown files do not exist: galaxy_ng/docs/dev at master · ansible/galaxy_ng · GitHub
It also looks like the docs haven’t been updated since October 2nd.
