For our collection (vmware.alb ) in galaxy , the version 30.1.1 is set to the latest but this has issues and we've uploaded a fixed version 30.1.1-1p1.Can we set the 30.1.1-1p1 version as the latest instead of 301.1 ?

I think Galaxy simply shows the highest version number that’s not a prerelease. Since 30.1.1-1p1 is a pre-release it won’t get shown as latest. (See the semantic versioning spec for how prereleases are indicated.)
