Difference between imported and source variable - Inventories

I have a question about imported inventory variables.
Our context :
The imported Project is on a Git SCM and variables files are on YAML format.
I have created an “classic” inventory whose source is based on a Project. host_vars, group_vars and global_vars (folder “all” into group vars) are imported and loaded correctly, except one detail. AWX add quotes on the keys of the following block :
On Gitlab I have this :
