When I log into codecov I see the following banner:
(i) Your org no longer requires upload tokens.
You can upload without a token. Contact your admins to manage the global upload token settings.
Since I’m not an admin in the ansible-collections org I can view this setting, but I think it would be great to change it.

I’m still seeing (pretty bad) throttling with codecov uploads so I’m assuming it hasn’t already been changed but maybe that’s not the case and it has been changed?
