AWX 17 (and now AWX 13)

Hello All,
I had a working verions of AWX 13 - I was using port 8000 to access the web site:
http:my-awx.com:8000. This worked fine. I wanted to upgrade/install AWX 17. I use a virtual machine for the AWX web server. Before I did the upgrade install I took a snapshot of the machine.

It took a while, but finally got AWX 17 installed and the containers show, etc. I am still using port 8000 in the inventory file in the installer directory. I am using RHEL 7.9 with Apache 2.4.

I am unable to connect to the AWX web site using port 8000. the container shows it is pointing to port 8000. What am I missing.

I tried reverting the snapshot to Ver 13 - which used to work, now I cannot access AWX using 8000 either.

Check and make sure the firewall isn’t blocking the port? I ran into an issue where I thought I had checked that, and found that it wasn’t set to be always off. The minute I had rebooted, it turned back on.
