I am trying to expose myself to using ansible under execution environment and I am running into some trouble.
Per the docs, I see that there is an option I can pass to ansible-navigator when using the exec subcommand—which by my understanding—should not be trying to pull anything. It should see the ee image locally and use it.
Is this the right understanding or is setting pull policy to never actually just telling it to pull from local registry and expects a registry to be on the system?
In my case, it keeps trying to pull from some non-existant registry on localhost and this fails because I never setup a registry on my system running the execution environment.
This is confusing because I can run podman run with the local image and podman knows to just use the image I tell it to use…

I am not using the community image. I used ansible builder to build my own execution environment and I am trying to use my own image.
