I’m having trouble getting started with the interactive user tutorial.
Find a post where it was stated that you can send a message to @discobot with start tutorial, but nothing is happening.
Anyone know if discobot is operational, or what to do?

Try @discobot start advanced tutorial — this worked for me in 2023…
I think the bot got disabled since it produced strange messages and it was unclear where it came from. I no longer remember where the discussion happened (probably somewhere on Matrix) or who was involved.
