Add survey not working

Having trouble bring up the add survey window. Running the latest awx_task and awx_web images. When I click the “ADD SURVEY” button, nothing happen except the turning gear icon on the lower right hand corner and saying “Working”.

Anyone seeing this? Similar result when I rebuild the images locally.

Yeah there are a couple of github issues open for this, newest version seems to have a few issues at the moment.
