I’ve created a draft for a possible Ansible 15 roadmap.

I’m not sure when we should start a vote on this. Maybe we should wait one or two weeks to give people enough time to review.

Yes, I think it’s about time to start a vote. I’m not sure if I’ll find the time today, but maybe tomorrow.
