Using junos_config or netconf_config for configuration management on Juniper devices

Hi,
I am trying to use ansible for configuration management on JUNOS devices. Getting below error and need help in resolving.

ansible-playbook 2.5.4
config file = /etc/ansible/ansible.cfg
configured module search path = [u’/home/attcloud/.ansible/plugins/modules’, u’/usr/share/ansible/plugins/modules’]
ansible python module location = /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ansible
executable location = /usr/bin/ansible-playbook
python version = 2.7.12 (default, Nov 19 2016, 06:48:10) [GCC 5.4.0 20160609]
Using /etc/ansible/ansible.cfg as config file
Parsed /home/attcloud/netconf_PoC/netconfNtp/inventory/dbehosts inventory source with ini plugin
ERROR! Unexpected Exception, this is probably a bug: ‘module’ object has no attribute ‘SSL_ST_INIT’

I am using an Ubuntu 16.0.4.3 LTS and installing pyOpenSSL package using pip/yum/git clone is not working. Please help me out.
