Is that possible to keep https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ansible/awx-operator/0.13.0/deploy/awx-operator.yaml update with the github?
The official version now is 0.16.0 .

Please refer to the https://github.com/ansible/awx-operator#basic-install section. Due to the operator-sdk upgrade, the installation process has changed. Basically, you will need to check out the repository and then use the make deploy to create your manifest.
