Set up Ansible-Release-Management org in PyPI : for release

Now, we are using the Trusted Publishers for the release automation via GIthub workflow Setting up the Ansible Release Manager group as an Organization will be helpful in the longer run. What does the community think about it?

Decide on what the community wants. If the community in favour then

Fix the name or the org (discussing in the WG meeting)
Set up the rules for inclusion in the group. Also when and how a member can/should leave the group.
Set up the initial group.
Set up the org in PyPI.

I don’t understand. Would this be a PyPI organization or a new GitHub organization where ansible-build-data will be moved to? Could you please explain?
