Red Hat Summit and AnsibleFest 2025

Hi all :waving_hand:

Is anybody else going to the Red Hat Summit / AnsibleFest this week in Boston?

I’m going to be there and it would be awesome to meetup and chat with folks if you’re around :slight_smile:

Reply to this post, DM me or reach me over email at contact@danielbrennand.com :slightly_smiling_face:

@dbrennand Hi,
There will be loads of folks from Ansible Engineering there at the Automation booth and the Ansible booth at Community Central. Make sure you head to the booth to get your Summit Forum badge.

Thanks @gundalow - I spoke with @oranod and @cybette! It’s awesome putting faces to names and seeing folks here from the forum :slightly_smiling_face:

Hey @dbrennand! It was really nice to meet you too.

Going to hijack this thread a little and upload the slides for the session that @samccann and I did at AnsibleFest: Creating sustainable automation content, the Ansible way.pdf (1.6 MB)

Folks have been asking for the slides but they can’t seem to get to them from the session page. It wasn’t recorded though unfortunately.

Great meeting you @dbrennand ! Sorry I got confused about the badge, it’s an overloaded word :sweat_smile: Hope you are enjoying your Red Hat Summit / AnsibleFest experience!

Yesss! Thank you!

I had been one of the individuals inquiring about the slides.

Thanks again to both you and @samccann!

@gundalow - I had been to at least the Ansible community booth, but did not know or inquire about a badge. Are these still available? I’m no longer at Summit for a physical inquiry. :\

Sorry to hear that, I hope you recover quickly. I’ve awarded the Forum Badge.

We hope to get many of the presentations online, so keep an eye on the Ansible Forum over the next month.
