project_data_dir in inventory

Hi
i try to set

project_data_dir=/mypath

but not works…
it still empty and i find the file in the

/var/lib/docker/overlay2/514f0a15

Check out this github issue, it seems to have a lot of relevant info: https://github.com/ansible/awx/issues/857

I believe the /var/lib/docker/overlay2/514f0a15 is just an intermittent layer that is part of what will eventually be the fully built container.
