Not able to use ec2_vpc_endpoint

Hi ,
I am using ansible 2.3.1.0 , python version = 2.7.5.
I am trying to use ec2_vpc_endpoint module , but it is giving error. I have use other ec2 or aws module . I have updated the ansible . I have run ansible_doc -l to check list of module it was not there .
