Need to validate the Service Now Change Request through Ansible tower while deploying any production deployment through Ansible

Hi ,

I need a help to validate Service Now Change request with every UAT/Prod env deployment through ansible tower.
I have a playbook to check the change request as per my conditions, but now how Can I validate or add my playbook without disturbing the developers playbook.
I can see workflow template option in our Ansible tower, is there any other option or any method to validate change request before/ while deployment though ansible.

Please do suggest to above problem statement.
