I used to have a “My Content” option in the navbar that allowed me to see namespaces and the roles within. I could import new releases to galaxy ansible (see screenshot). Either permissions needs to be applied in some new way, or the location changed, but I no longer have access to do the same process of importing new releases.

If it is not you will need to contact administrators, to clean up permissions, but I know that at least for me there was some discrepancies with my github username changing, and they had worked on fixes to try and make sure everyone had their permissions transferred.
