metrics server unable to scrape AWX pod metrics

Hi team,

We have deployed AWX 20.1.0 on EKS cluster. To autoscale pods we deployed HPA and metrics server…
Issue we are facing is: metrics server unable to scrape metrics. when we do kubectl get hpa it shows unknown for both the metrics CPU and memory.
Is this a known issue or we are missing anything?

What do you mean by metrics server? I was able to configure AWX with Prometheus and that worked as intended. I used HPA for 2 AWX replicas with 50 % average CPU utilization and memory utilization and that also worked as intended. I’m curious on the question related to HPA, it depends on the load AWX is receiving. I have seen it Unknown only at startup.
