1. INFO: see https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/86715 for full impact, but in general, most of our changelogs are visible as raw .rst now, and some older ones are no longer viewable at all (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:04:53)
2. INFO: we could switch to .md, but that would require every collection to adapt to this, and some collections would still have to revert ALL their changlog fragments to md as they only have one set of changlogs for all versions (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:12:50)
3. INFO: we could split up the changelogs on minor releases to shorten them, but that means people cannot grep/ control-F search them easily (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:22:00)
4. INFO: we could use GitHub Actions to render the changelogs to an s3 bucket or something (@samccann:ansible.im, 16:30:47)
