Implement snap package manager in ansible

Hi All,

I could like to implement snap [0] package manager in ansible. Is there any concern about this?

Any progress on this?

Has anyone attempted to submit a PR for snap before? I can’t find any PR or issue on GitHub about “snap”, which I feels is weird, neither on https://github.com/ansible/ansible/ nor onhttps://github.com/ansible/proposals/.
