How can I get notified via e-mail if a job fails?
I am on AWX 20.0.1 version.
I checked the Notification settings but those are applicable for hosts but for jobs.
Is there any option available to enable notifications when a job fails?

But, I am not able to find {{ job.artifacts }} variable in AWX Notification configuration page.
Yes you can set it up to get notifications on job failures, see this section in particular https://docs.ansible.com/automation-controller/latest/html/userguide/notifications.html#enable-and-disable-notifications
see the “failed” attribute here, which should be relevant https://docs.ansible.com/automation-controller/latest/html/userguide/notification_parameters_supported.html
