How to AWX logs to datadog log aggregator

Hi,
I have deployed AWX on AWS with HA containers. Version is AWX 6.1.0.0
Configured log aggregator as datadog. When pressed test it says success.
But I’m not seeing any logs pushed to datadog.
What is missing?
please help.

Can you try enabling the external logging switch.

Hi Ankit,

Thanks for your response. The switch is on/enabled(as can be seen in attached screenshot) still the logs are not pushed.
How can I find if AWX is trying or not and if trying where it is failing? Why its failing reasons…
I’m running AWX in containers. Which logs should I see or should I check in DB? If DB which table?

I’m not sure how much help you will get with this. The current version of awx is 13, so you are 7 major releases behind the current.

May be take a look at the awx-web container logs.
