Regarding HA, Awx should run on K8s cluster so it comes for free given that you want to spin a multi node cluster and, therefore, K8s will (try to) cope with node failures, pod crashes and so forth.
DR is a completely different topic and I can’t give you very useful hints other than what you would find by searching “how to implement dr” on Google, at least without knowing anything of your production site.
