basically this playbook creates a snapshot of a VM and then runs an update,

sudo: apt-get: command not found
I have also tried without the sudo and also.
Based on these screen shots it appears you are targeting localhost. Through AWX localhost would be the container that is running your EE. Assuming you are using the default EE with AWX, that would be a Fedora based machine, not debian. Try targeting a different machine in your inventory and let us know if the apt-get command works.
