Hi!

If you are just attempting to run ansible playbooks locally, you should be able to turn become flag to False. Does this help?

Hello Seth,

I know I can set localhost become=false at playbook or Inventory. Can you please let me know if we can set this in AWX for all Jobs by default.

you can set it in settings/defaults.py “AWX_TASK_ENV”

e.g.

AWX_TASK_ENV = {“become”: False}
