community.general 8.0.0 has been released with many new features, plugins, and modules, bugfixes, and some removed and deprecated features. Take a look at the changelog to figure out the details!
At the same time, community.general 5.8.10 has been released. The 5.x.y release train is now End of Life and will not see any further releases.
From now on, community.general 7.x.y will receive regular bugfixes, and community.general 6.x.y will receive only major bugfixes or security fixes.
