Beginner, want to work on issue #25100

Hi,

I’m a recent graduate in Computer Engineering and I’d like to start helping on Ansible development. I’m new to open source in general. I saw issue 25100 on Github’s issue tracker and I believe I could take a stab at it, looks simple enough. Should I write my intentions there in the bug tracker, or rather here?

I say it’s simple because as I understand it, it’s only necessary to append the parameters and values to the iptables command that should be executed by the iptables module. Is there anything else I should take into account?
